Taipei beat Thailand 4-2

Dhaka, December 3: Chinese Taipei registered their second win in three matches beating Thailand 4-2 in the Islami Bank Mens Junior AHF Cup at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium On Wednesday.

Chinese Taipei took the lead with the very first of their penalty corner in the 10th minute with Chen Ming pushing the ball and Tsung Shih stopping the ball perfectly for skipper Lu Yu who hit the board with a low push (1-0).
In the 23rd minute Chun Kuo scored a spectacular goal scooping the ba ll over Thai goalie Jongjum Suriphong (2-0).
Three minutes later Po Wu paved the way for Chung Shih with a back pass and Chung scored from a close distance (3-0).
Thailand skipper Aphiwat Thanperm scored the first goal of his team in the 28th minute with a controlled hit after a combined attack (3-1).
Po Wu scored the fourth in the 48th minute with a solo effort before completing the job with an upward push (4-1).
Boriak Harapan reduced the margin for Thailand in the 67th minute with a solo effort (4-2)
Chinese Taipei earlier beat Sri Lanka 4-3 and lost 7-0 to Bangladesh. Its the third consecutive loss of Thailand as they lost to Oman 7-0 and Bangladesh 10-0 earlier.
